Traveler notebooks
In the past years there has been an increment in the use of something called "traveler notebooks", which are not particularly used by travelers, but it's the size what make it for travels. Another name could have been "portable notebooks" but I am guessing that with all the technology nowadays the word portable may not be as interesting as "traveler". Even if you only travel between your house and the grocery store, you can have your notebook :)
In fact you can make many different notebooks and group them together in a case or cover, there're some with bindings, and others uses bands.
Making your own its a lot of fun, I have one for the week and one as a diary, I also added some pages with blank spaces for sketching and others with ruled paper which I like for logos and UI design but it can be used for anything you want. Add stickers, color markers and you will have a unique Traveler Notebook (TN). It doesn't have to bee expensive, specially if you already own a printer.
I added some new layouts at my Esty shop, add new sizes like A6 and B6, with covers (Check previous post). My best selling last month was size B5, which is a bit bigger for being called a TN so lets say is a journal.
Today I leave as FREEBIE one simple layout for a blank diary, I like the challenge of drawing or sketching something everyday so I found this layout perfect for that.

How to print?
- I recommend printing on A4 size paper and both sides, selecting "flip on short edge" in your printing options. If you print on Letter size paper, scale to 95%.
- Cut following the border. (the final size is around A6 = 4.1x5.8 in or 105x148mm)
- Fold in half.
- Staple or bind it using a needle and thread like a real book.
